Why did I do all this?

 This is actually a very good question.

I collect lego figures, but at some point I noticed that I had accumulated a bunch of unnecessary figures that I would like to use for something.

And at this point, I realized that it would be possible to start them somehow to redo or repaint, in order to make them some unique instances!

I immediately began to surf the web in search of the necessary information, and realized that the cheapest way, and the most accurate - to make stickers on the details of the figure, which would be applied to the necessary drawing, which I could make myself.

I immediately found several sites that sold such stickers. The price tags were huge. That's when I realized: I need to do everything myself!
